I knew Ray when we were young boys living on the street making it anyway we could. Ray never let anything get him down no mater how bad it got. Rays mom and my mom were friends in a world that seems so long ago and like it was yesterday. Love always your friend Matthew Messerschmitt Close

I've known Ray since he lived in Seaside.  The last time I saw him was when he came to my mom's house with his Harley and Jodi.  Ray was a good guy.  My condolences go out to all his family.

TOGETHER AGAIN-ALWAYS-THE UNIVERSE  / Elizabeth Wittelsbach (SISTER)

Someone once said when you lose your parents you lose your past when you lose a child you lose your future but when you lose a sibling you lose your past present & future...I know this is true since I have no memories before him & we were supposed to grow old together.

Any and all forms of separation - disconnects divides partings breakups and goodbyes - are temporary. Very.

You'll be together far far longer than you will ever be apart.
Forever and ever -
The Universe

COMFORTING WORDS  / Elizabeth Wittelsbach (SISTER)  Read >>
COMFORTING WORDS  / Elizabeth Wittelsbach (SISTER)
To my dearest family some things I'd like to say...
but first of all to let you know that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from Heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here there are no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through
God picked me up and hugged me and He said "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you... in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth and all those loving years
because you are only human they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain though my life on earth is over.
I'm closer to you now than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain
then you can say to God at night... "My day was not in vain."
And now I am content... that my life has been worthwhile
knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low
just lend a hand to pick him up as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in iyour footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free
remember you're not going... you're coming here to me.

--------------------- THE BROKEN CHAIN -----------------

WE LITTLE KNEW THAT MORNING,

THAT GOD WAS GOING TO CALL YOUR NAME.

IN LIFE WE LOVED YOU DEARLY, IN DEATH WE DO THE SAME.

IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOOSE YOU, YOU DID NOT GO ALONE FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU,

THE DAY GOD CALLED YOU HOME.

YOU LEFT US PEACEFUL MEMORIES,

YOUR LOVE IS STILL OUR GUIDE;

AND THOUGH WE CAN NOT SEE YOU,

YOU ARE ALWAYS AT OUR SIDE.

OUR FAMILY CHAIN IS BROKEN AND NOTHING SEEMS THE SAME, BUT AS GOD CALLS US ONE BY ONE, THE CHAIN WILL LINK AGAIN! Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

The Lord is our shepherd and we shall not want. November 2, 2008 He walks beside us through verdant pastures of deepest green, And he leads us beside pure waters of rich azure shimmering. For Jesus restoreth your soul, Ray. He has set a table before you in the presence of even enemies who\ shall become friends, for all receive the Father's mercy. And goodness & forgiveness shall follow us all the days of our lives. We shall see you & dwell again with you in the Father's house forever. In humble phrase & paraphrase of Psalm 93, On this Day of remembering All Souls gone before us into Eternity. Especially for you, Ray my son. Love, Mother Close

My Brother Ray  / Elizabeth Wittelsbach (Sister)

My Brother has Passed away_

He passed away at 8:46am on Oct. 5TH
with his wife by his side.I miss him so much it makes me so ill. He just expressed how he didn't want to die young like dad. He wanted to be there for his family. He had a stroke caused by a tear in his CAROTID artery which lead to an Ischemic Stroke. I will never understand why he went so young and I would never would have imagined something like this could happen to our family and my big brother.

He was only 37 years old...
He has 5 children-

He is my heart and always will be. See you when I see Broski-

My brother Ray - The Universe now has him-

we are all energy and light, we are souls.
I believe that people can choose to come back or
stay in the light-

BLESS YOU BROTHER, YOU ARE MY HEART AND SOUL- YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND-

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be,
so he put his arms around you,
and whispered "Come to me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
and saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

"If you were once connected with someone, does it make sense that the connection is broken just because of a physical death? No, the connection stays. You may just have to listen differently. You may just have to talk differently. The truth is: the connection is never broken. It's quite impossible to break the most powerful connection in the universe. As long as you exist, the connection stays."

Until All our paths will meet again, he is with us always-

All Is Well
Death is nothing at all,
I have only slipped into the next room
I am I and you are you
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.

Call me by my old familiar name,
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used
Put no difference in your tone,
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together.

Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.

Let my name be ever the household world that it always was,
Let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.

It it the same as it ever was, there is unbroken continuity.

Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near,
Just around the corner.

All is well.
